What is exactly the meaning of love?

Love is a simple word consists of four letters. Dictionary dot com defined love as a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person. If i were to answer what is love, i honestly said "i do not know."

Love is a word that can turned people upside down, turned human into beast, beast into human, turn good into bad, bad into good, life into death and death into life.

Love changed life of many people, no matter they believed it or not.

But now, i am getting paranoid everytime i heard the word love. Why? i also donot know...
maybe because love has turned me down, turned me into beast, turned me into bad, turned me into death... as now i couldnot feel anything anymore... Heartless...
