This is a recommended place to eat for breakfast or lunch. The place can get quite packed during lunch hour.
The shop also served mie pansit (wonton noodle) and several type of local drinks like markisa and kietna.

It was prawn and chicken wrapped in fish shaped dished.
Finally today i can post a thread here. My samsung note 2 suddenly can not start in the morning. It only shows the samsung note 2 title.
I took it to the service center. The technician try to format and reinstall the os but error after loading for a few minutes. She recommend me to leave the phone for further examination. I left it there and then the day after i call the service center only to know that my phone sparepart was broken. She said to me need to change the "machine".
It cost me 1.6 million rupiah ( est ard 150 usd) to repaired it with new sparepart. I asked her why the sparepart was broken, she said because i upgrade the os, she recommend that i never upgrade the note 2 android os.
Now my phone is completely running... but i still feel hurt by the fact that i need to pay usd 150 for the sparepart and for the mistake that i am not aware of which is upgrading my android OS.
Istana Koki is a recently opened indonesian restaurant which provided different taste of food from all over indonesia. They have maluku, java, and many more. All this really sums up the name as the chef's palace.(english of istana koki)
I ordered the udang bakar madu ( grilled honeyed prawn) and gurami bakar brawijaya (grilled gurami in brawijaya style). For drinks i prefer a more neutralizing drinks such as young coconut.
The special about the young coconut here is everytime when i ordered, the coconut is young and the flesh is very soft while in other similar places sometimes they can give 'old' with a thick and hard flesh.
This place is quite unique because it is one of the few restaurants in Medan that provided free vegetabales and Rojak. ( it is all u can eat and free).
Overall the place was nice but during weekend at lunch or dinner time this place can be very crowded.

Featuring today for lunch at our lovely city, Medan, is Morning glory cafe.
The ambience here is very relaxing although the place is quite small. During lunch time this place can be quite packed.
So far the food and drink provided here never fails us. Tried the avocado coffee and fish and chips before. They tasted just right.
Today we ordered roasted chicken with green chilli rice, Creamy seafood fettucinni, Calamary rings, and honeyed rosella tea.
Roasted chicken was good especially with the authentic indonesian hot taste of green chilli. The pasta was al dente, and the sauce was very creamy and rich in flavour.
However the calamary rings today was not really good. It is just like the chef forgot to add a bit of salt.
Overall today visit was satisfying, the total bill is around Rp 162.000,- all in.

Having dinner at Kinley sun plaza the newly open cafe in the mall.
The cafe serves mainly thai food which is why the theme was more to bangkok street food. It is a nice place to visit.
Food was good but the air was far from excellent due to several smokers inside the cafe. The smoking area and non smoking was not separated.
This is a cozy place to visit during weekend to have good food.
