Morning Glory Cafe

Featuring today for lunch at our lovely city, Medan, is Morning glory cafe.

The ambience here is very relaxing although the place is quite small. During lunch time this place can be quite packed.

So far the food and drink provided here never fails us. Tried the avocado coffee and fish and chips before. They tasted just right.

Today we ordered roasted chicken with green chilli rice, Creamy seafood fettucinni, Calamary rings, and honeyed rosella tea.

Roasted chicken was good especially with the authentic indonesian hot taste of green chilli. The pasta was al dente, and the sauce was very creamy and rich in flavour.

However the calamary rings today was not really good. It is just like the chef forgot to add a bit of salt.

Overall today visit was satisfying, the total bill is around Rp 162.000,- all in.

Kinley sun plaza

Having dinner at Kinley sun plaza the newly open cafe in the mall.

The cafe serves mainly thai food which is why the theme was more to bangkok street food. It is a nice place to visit.
Food was good but the air was far from excellent due to several smokers inside the cafe. The smoking area and non smoking was not separated.

This is a cozy place to visit during weekend to have good food.

I ordered the thai fried chicken wing, seafood curry in somboln style and basil chicken rice.

Smokey Ribs Polonia

The ribs was very big. If compared to regular size, the large size is more than twice the size and only twice as expensive.
